Quick overview: A website that can randomly pick one of your students’ names to answer a question. Easy to use, only takes a few seconds to get up and running.
How does it work? Enter your students’ names manually or copy and paste your class list from a Word document. Either way, the Classtools website will randomly pick a student’s name, one at a time. While the site is designed with younger students in mind, I find the site is much more suitable to use with adult learners if you simply mute the silly sound effects by turning off your speakers.
